This cancellation policy mirrors the one on Airbnb. All windows are calculated from the time I receive your written cancellation request to your check-in date, based on Greece local time (EET/EEST).
Email me at pleiadesapts@gmail.com with your booking reference and requested cancellation date. I'll confirm within 24 hours and process the cancellation accordingly.
The refund window is calculated from the time I confirm receipt of your cancellation, not from when you send it. I recommend emailing well ahead of any cutoff.

If you want to change your dates rather than cancel, contact me as early as possible. Amendments are subject to availability and may affect the price. Shortening a stay is treated as a partial cancellation and follows the same refund windows above.
For documented extraordinary circumstances (serious illness, natural disaster, or government travel restrictions) I review requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a full refund or date transfer outside the standard windows. Supporting documentation will be required.
Full payment is due at the time of booking, by card through Stripe (all major credit and debit cards) or by direct bank transfer. If you'd prefer to pay on arrival, get in touch before booking and I'll arrange it. All prices are in EUR.
